📍 From Charterhouse Square, United Kingdom
Florin Court is a Grade II listed building located in Barbican, a historic area in London, United Kingdom. It is known for its unique design and style, featuring a circular courtyard surrounded by curved townhouses. The building is home to one of the most iconic residential blocks in Europe and it is the most recognizable landmark in Barbican. It was built in the 1930s by architect George Grey Wornum and it is a great example of interwar modernist architecture. It still maintains some of its unique features from that era, such as well-preserved traditional roof tile designs. Inside the courtyard you will find beautifully manicured gardens and lawns. Florin Court is a great visit for architecture and design lovers alike.
