Feldberger Seenlandschaft is a nature reserve on the border between Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandenburg, Germany. This place is a real paradise for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, or simply taking in its breathtaking beauty. The most singular feature here is the interconnected lake network associated with many rivers, streams, and canals. This incredibly beautiful nature reserve is a great place to observe birds, with many species of winged animals that can be spotted not only in the lake- and river but also in the surrounding meadows. You can spot endangered species and observe beavers and otters, or take part in the guided-tours exploring the local flora and fauna. A great highlight of the Feldberger Seenlandschaft is the Samerberg Lakes, a series of four pristine turloughs that can appear and disappear due to the hydro-dynamic nature of the terrain. For your convenience, as well as for campers and hikers, the reserve has information boards, hiking trails and campgrounds.
