Far de Cap de Creus is a lighthouse in the northeastern Spanish province of Girona, located in the Cap de Creus Natural Park. It stands 118 meters above sea level, with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as cracking views of the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees. The lighthouse was built in the 19th Century and is one of the most important lighthouses on the Catalan coast. It is also the furthest light source from the mainland of Spain. Visitors can explore the lighthouse and visit the nearby coves, beaches and fishing villages, making for a memorable sightseeing experience.
