
Cementerio de Recoleta is a cemetery located in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is the most prestigious burial place in the city, filled with mausoleums and sculptures of famous Argentinians who were laid to rest here, including former president Domingo Faustino Sarmiento and Eva Perón, the former first lady of Argentina.
