Embalse de Embarcaderos is a freshwater lake in the Cortes de Pallás region of France. It is located inside the Valley del Jerte Natural Park and is surrounded by steep limestone cliffs, making for stunning views and excellent opportunities to explore the countryside. Activities on the lake include sailing, canoeing, and paddle-boarding, and a long hiking path encircles its shores. Due to the lake's remote location, it remains an idyllic spot for tranquil reflection and bird watching. On-site amenities available include a car park, picnic tables and benches, and restroom facilities. Visitors can also explore a nearby bird reserve, as well as a viewpoint with stunning views across the lake.
