Elisa is a multi-deck floating restaurant moored at Saigon Port on the District 4 side of the Saigon River, close to central Ho Chi Minh City. Designed like a large white cruise vessel, it is especially recognizable after dark, when its illuminated decks, curved lines, and mast-like details stand out against the city skyline. The river adds broken reflections of the boat and surrounding towers, while passing traffic and working vessels place the scene within the active waterfront life of the city.
