Elevador de Santa Justa is a historic, 45-meter lift located in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. Constructed at the beginning of the 20th century, this neoclassical style elevator is a symbol of the city and has become one of Lisbon's most-visited attractions. It connects the lower streets of Baixa in Lisbon with the higher streets of Chiado in the Bairro Alto district and offers amazing views of the Tagus river and the castle of Sao Jorge. Its mesmerizing architecture and intricate details make it a great spot to take photos and enjoy panoramic views. Visitors can buy tickets to the observation deck which offers views of the city obelisk and a beautiful landscape.
