Église Saint-Barthélemy is located in Affoux, France and is a historical Church of Romanesque style. The oldest parts of the building were built in the 12th century. The Church consists of a single-nave hall with a pronounced buttress, a shallow niche in the southern wall and a square steeple above the northern wall. The interior has a polylobed two-story tribune and two crypts. The Sanctuary is horseshoe-shaped, as is typical of Romanesque churches. It is decorated with stained glass that dates to the 15th and 19th centuries, a beautiful pulpit and a massive organ dated 1895. This Church is a unique example of Romanesque style and an important historic landmark for the region.
