Dulle Griet is a 15th century Gothic style tower situated near the historical center of Gent in Belgium. The tower stands at an impressive 102 m in height and commands a great view over the entire city and the River Lys. The current structure was built in the late 15th century and its design was heavily influenced by an earlier structure destroyed in 1453. It is a popular tourist attraction due to its noteworthy architecture and beautiful views of the city. Visitors can climb to the top of the tower where they can admire a 360-degree view of Gent and its surrounds. By day and night, the tower's clock chimes and is a beautiful reminder of the city's illustrious past. Besides offering spectacular views, the tower also houses a detailed museum about its history.
