Dorchester Square in Montréal, Canada, is an urban park located in the heart of downtown Montreal. The area is popular amongst visitors as it features several monuments, statues, and other attractions. These include the Monument to Sir George-Étienne Cartier, the Sir Wilfrid Laurier Monument, and the 1936 bronze sculpture of Jeanne Mance. Dorchester Square also features many trees, a fountain, and a large selection of stores and restaurants. Although the square is often filled with tourists, there are still many local people using the park daily. It's a great place to just relax or sit and watch the world go by.
