Domaine National du Palais-Royal

Domaine National du Palais-Royal is a historic monument and park located in the center of Paris, France. It is composed of a palace and garden complex built in the mid-17th century. It is home to the Musée du Louvre and the Musée du Luxembourg, as well as the Comédie Française. You can explore its extensive gardens, fountains, and arcades, while also taking in views of the Louvre, Place de l'Opéra, Palais-Royal, the Senate, and the Ministry of Justice. The beautiful tree-lined paths and landscaped gardens feature some of the most important works of French designers such as André Le Nôtre and Ange-Jacques Gabriel. The current design of the main garden resembles the shape of an 8-petalled flower when seen from above.
