📍 From Bunker Point Trail, United States
The Devil's Slide Bunker can be found on the Pacific Coast Highway, in the coastal town of Pacifica, California. It is a unique historical landmark and a must-see for travelers and photographers alike. It was originally constructed in 1941 by the US Army as an artillery battery that contained two 16-inch guns mounted on a concrete bunker. Today, the concrete bunker and its two guns are still in place, but the surrounding open area has been converted into a public park and offers wondrous views of the Pacific Ocean. Visitors are able to go inside the bunker and explore its two floors. There are displays and interactive exhibits, as well as an observation deck on the roof of the bunker, giving visitors an amazing view of the ocean. It is the perfect spot for a photoshoot or even just a picnic!
