The Cupola di San Gaudenzio is the impressive dome of a neo-Romanesque church in Novara, Italy. Built between 1616 and 1680, the large dome measures 92 metres (302 feet) in height, making it one of the largest in Europe. It is adorned with intricate geometric and floral motifs mixed with precious marbles, while the base contains 12 large stained glass windows. It is part of the Basilica of San Gaudenzio, and can be seen from the city and its surroundings. The cupola provides visitors with attention and admiration for its beauty, structure, and complexity.
