Cueva Negra
📍 Spain
Cueva Negra, in Castellón, Spain, is an amazing geological formation formed thousands of years ago by the eruption of volcanoes. It has a peculiarly shaped entrance and is up to 17 metres high. This volcanic cave, also known as Pou de la Mina, is a must-see spot in the area. Inside, you can explore the chambers, pathways and corridors to discover its mysterious history. Various formations of stalactites and stalagmites can be seen while a small stream still runs through the cave. Due to the low light inside, the atmosphere is almost mystical and visitors can enjoy the serenity of this beautiful natural wonder.
