Jökulsárlón, Iceland is a magical glacial lagoon located near the south shore of Iceland on the edge of the Vatnajökull glacier. It is considered one of the most beautiful sights in Iceland, where huge icebergs slowly make their way from the glacier to the sea. The lagoon is surrounded by lush green hills and is fed by glacier water from the glacier tongue Breiðamerkurjökull. Wildlife such as seals, seagulls and ducks can be seen here as well.
