Cromer Pier is a fascinating emblem of British seaside tradition located in the coastal Norfolk town of Cromer. The first pier was built in Cromer in 1391 and the current structure was completed in 1902. It is the only pier in Norfolk and is home to a pavilion theatre, award-winning chip shop, boating lake and other attractions. A walk along the pier is a must for those exploring the area, offering the perfect spot from which to admire the seaward views. An amusement arcade and popular fish and chips restaurant also make the pier an ideal place to while away a few hours. There is a range of other activities available on the pier, such as comedy shows, wildlife cruises and an opportunity to take flight in an authentic UH-1 Huey Helicopter. Cromer Pier is also a hotspot for photographers, with stunning sea and coastal views, making it an incredibly photogenic spot.
