
Craggy Gardens Pinnacle Trail, located in Barnardsville (Western North Carolina), is an incredible 4.2-mile hike. This beautiful mountainous hike will take you up and around the Craggy Gardens Visitor Center. You will pass through rhododendron and oak forests, as well as around gorgeous wildflowers. You will walk along the ridge of the mountain that is covered with shagbark hickory trees, as well as get a spectacular view out of the valley. Along the trail, you will find various types of ferns, spruce trees, and more. At the end of your journey, you will reach the peak of the trail at 5,892 feet, where you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
