
Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom) is a world-renowned monument located in Cologne (Köln), Germany. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996 and is known for its twin spires and striking medieval architecture. Construction on the Cathedral, which had two westward-facing towers and a huge floor plan, began in 1248 but was not finished until 1880.
