
Collegiale Saint Liphard is an iconic religious building in the medieval town of Meung-sur-Loire in France. This 12th century building is located in the center of town, right next to the Loire River. Its walls, carved stone archways, turrets, and Co-Cathedral of St. Liphard, with its octagonal shape, all come together to create a stunning view. Inside the Collegiale, which has been listed as a Historical Monument since 1969, tourists will find a 16th century pulpit and choirs, stained glass windows, and a Baroque altar. Meung-sur-Loire is easily accessible from both the A10 motorway and the Loire à Vélo bicycle path.
