The Colegiata de San Patricio in Lorca, Spain, is a magnificent historic religious complex featured amongst the structures of the historic city centre. Its construction began in 1764 and it was declared a National Monument in 1915. The church features a Baroque exterior, with grand, striking walls which are striped teal and white and a bell tower overlooking the surrounding area. Inside, the main chapel features impressive and intricate altarpieces from various artisan studios, as well as wooden and stonework. Also, the 12th-century crypt is a unique attraction in the visit. This holy site also includes two cloisters, one that is Moorish-style and made in the Medieval era, and another constructed with a Renaissance style. It is certainly an interesting and marvellous place to visit.
