Cincinnati Union Terminal

Cincinnati Union Terminal is a large railway station located in Cincinnati, United States. The Union Terminal was constructed in 1933 and served as a connecting point for passengers riding the six major railroads at that time. The terminal has been featured in movies, books, and even music videos. Today, the terminal can be toured, and visitors can learn about this historic landmark and its place in Cincinnati’s history. Inside the terminal, visitors can enjoy the Museum Center, The Cincinnati History Library and Archives, and a Planetarium. The terminal also hosts events such as a holiday celebration, free movie nights and themed events throughout the year. The outside of the terminal features two hundred-foot towers, an eighty-foot-high sculpture designed by Paul Manship, and a World War Memorial to provide a stately atmosphere to the grounds.
