Built in 1858, the Church has a long history and is a symbol of Faroe Islands’ culture and heritage. Located among the lush green hills and the rolling blue sea at the edge of the island, it is the perfect spot for a breathtaking landscape photography. You can take stunning shots of the church itself or the stunning view of the ocean and the hills from the vicinity of the church. Although the location is easily accessible, there are no facilities or tourist activities around it. Just make sure to bring a good and sturdy tripod and camera lens to get the best out of this place.
