Chongqing World Trade Center is a prominent office skyscraper in Jiefangbei, the dense commercial heart of Chongqing’s Yuzhong District. Completed in 2005, the roughly 283-meter tower reflects the city’s rapid vertical growth and remains an important marker in a skyline now crowded with newer high-rises. Its pale structural lines, blue-green glass and tapered crown distinguish it from the surrounding towers. From nearby streets, the building’s scale is emphasized by steep sightlines and tightly packed façades; wider views across central Chongqing place it within the layered urban landscape of towers rising above the peninsula.
