The Chiostro di Sant'Andrea is an impressive building situated in the historical center of Genova, Italy. With its classic renaissance features, it is one of the most important and beautiful religious sites of the city. The cloister is part of a church dating from the mid-16th century, Sant'Andrea di Genova, and it is accessed through a magnificent inner courtyard with four rows of columns forming a double arcade. In the past, it used to house the Capuchins, and today it is a theatre as well as a conference hall. Its interior is striking, and contains artwork from different periods of Italian art. It is open to the public, and is a great spot to appreciate peaceful Italian craftsmanship.
