📍 Mongolia
Near Nalaikh, east of Ulaanbaatar, the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex rises from the open steppe at Tsonjin Boldog. Its towering stainless-steel figure depicts the founder of the Mongol Empire on horseback, above a circular visitor centre. The polished surface catches the changing light, and the statue’s scale becomes especially clear against the low grassland horizon. An observation platform in the horse’s head offers a view across the surrounding steppe.
