Chiesa di Sant'Agostino is an old church in Reggio Emilia, Italy. It was built in the 14th century on the site of an 11th-century Benedictine monastery of which only the tower remains. The interiors of the church feature a variety of artworks, such as the 16th-century Bolognese school altarpiece and the 15th-century frescoes depicting biblical scenes. The cupola of the church displays magnificent stuccoes, while the interior sides of the eight piers are decorated with late Renaissance frescoes by Ludovico Carracci. Sant'Agostino is a beautiful church, with a stunning architecture and plenty of art. It is definitely worth a visit for its fascinating history, impressive decorations, and artworks.
