Its restrained brick exterior and stone portal reflect the sober character associated with medieval Franciscan architecture, while later alterations record the building’s long use within the hill town. Former monastic spaces house archaeological and art collections linked to Monterubbiano and the surrounding Picene territory. From the street, the warm masonry, simple façade geometry and close-set historic buildings create a distinctly Marchigian urban scene.
