
Chateau de Meung sur Loire is a beautiful medieval castle located in Meung-sur-Loire, a commune in the Loiret department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. The castle was built in the 13th century and is noted for its splendid stone balconies and Gothic style windows. It is considered to be one of the best-preserved castles in the Loire Valley. Inside, the castle complex includes a moat surrounding the keep, two concentric enclosures, and a dungeon.
