Château de La Roche Jagu is a fortress-style castle located in Ploëzal, France, near Brest and the Atlantic coast. It is a well-preserved medieval building, dating as far back as the 16th century. The castle was built as a fortress and used as a residence by noble families, and later used as a prison. Today, it is a popular destination for tourists and amateur photographers, who can explore the castle walls, keep, and causeway up to the main gate. Inside the castle there is a chapel and several buildings including the castle’s military wing.
