Chanonry Lighthouse is located at the mouth of the Moray Firth in Scotland, United Kingdom. The lighthouse stands on a long low spit of land extending into the Moray Firth and is one of the busiest areas for dolphin activity in the UK. It is a great spot to spot the Firth's Bottlenose dolphins as they can be often seen swimming around in the area's strong currents. Visitors can also enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the Culloden coastline. The spit of land is also the landmark for the Radus Estate. Photographers will get stunning shots of the lighthouse and the dolphins, but keep in mind that the view is best from the north.
