📍 United States
Champions Plaza stands outside the Chicago White Sox ballpark in Armour Square on Chicago’s South Side. Its central monument honors the club’s 2005 World Series championship, when the White Sox swept the Houston Astros to claim their first title since 1917, ending an 88-year wait. Sculpted players capture the jubilation of that victory, while the stadium provides a backdrop that ties the commemorative scene directly to the team’s home and the neighborhood’s baseball identity.
