
The Centro Velho de São Paulo, located in the Centro Histórico de São Paulo, is an incredible urban landscape that is a must-see for any traveler or photographer visiting the city. Part of the city’s downtown is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and it is full of beautiful historical buildings, museums, churches, antique shops, cafes & restaurants, street art, and other landmarks. While exploring the area, you can also wander through its iconic cobblestone streets and romantic arcades, as well as visit its numerous shopping centers, theaters, and traditional markets. This area has been the center of commercial and cultural activities of the city since the 19th century, and it remains the most commercial district in the city today. Despite some modernization, you will still be able to discover the old-world charm that inhabits its romantic atmosphere.
