Tsentr Galerei Chizhova is a large shopping and business complex on Koltsovskaya Street in central Voronezh. Its contemporary glass-and-steel façades and tall office tower form a conspicuous element of the city’s modern skyline, contrasting with the lower residential and civic blocks nearby. From street level, photographs can emphasize the tower’s vertical lines, reflective glazing, and the flow of pedestrians around the entrances; after dark, illuminated windows and signage give the complex a stronger urban character.
