Cenote Mani-Chan is an incredible freshwater swimming hole located south of Homún, Mexico in the Yucatan. The rock walls and freshwater make for a perfect photography outing. Many come to take pictures of the amazing natural features, such as the massive stalagmites breaking the surface of the water and the bright blue color of the surrounding water. One interesting feature is that the cenote has two different levels of underwater cave systems, with the second deeper one looking almost like an underground cave. Snorkeling is a popular activity, with the crystal clear water providing for great visibility. Swimming is also allowed in the cenote. It is a great place to spend a beautiful day in the outdoors.
