The Cathédrale Notre-Dame d'Amiens is an impressive Gothic cathedral in Amiens, France. One of the largest churches in France, it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1981 in recognition of its historical and cultural importance. Built between 1220 and 1288, the cathedral has remarkable late-medieval stained-glass windows, a vast sculpture of Christ the King done by a former Canon of the Cathedral and countless other treasures that make it a must-visit place for anyone interested in architecture and art.
