Catedral de Santa Catalina de Alejandría, también conocida como la Catedral de Cartagena, data del siglo XVI y figura entre las más antiguas de América. Su imponente campanario, pintado en tonos pastel, es un amado icono de la ciudad. Iniciada en estilo renacentista, incorporó luego elementos barrocos y neoclásicos. En su interior, retablos dorados y arte religioso brillan bajo la luz, creando un ambiente sereno. Ubicada en el centro amurallado de Cartagena, se encuentra rodeada de arquitectura colonial, plazas y tiendas, ideales para un paseo tranquilo. Se recomienda vestir con recato, especialmente durante los servicios.
