The Catedral de Córdoba - Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, is a magnificent baroque-style Catholic Cathedral. It was built in the mid-18th century, and features a central nave with seven beautiful side chapels, filled with elaborate sculptures and art. A staircase leads to the upper balconies that offer an impressive view of the many altars. Several stained-glass windows can be seen in the chapels, adding to the grandeur of the cathedral. A crypt housing the remains of the first Bishop of Córdoba can be found in the basement of the cathedral. The cathedral is open to visitors and is sure to capture the attention of all who visit.
