From scenic hikes in and around the valley, to picnicking in the lush meadows, to spotting wildlife, this is a great place to spend a day in the wild. However, it can be a dangerous place if you’re not prepared or if you don’t familiarize yourself with the terrain and wildlife. Be sure to adhere to all park regulations and come prepared with the proper gear, especially if you plan to explore further.
