The Castillo-Faro de Santa Ana is an historic fortress in the port town of Castro Urdiales in Northern Spain. Located lower Durban hill, the castle was built in the 16th century and overlooks the fishing port. The lighthouse, built in 1970, adorns the Castillo-Faro's west-facing facade. The castle provides stunning views of the town, ocean shoreline, and nearby islands. Inside the castle, you can explore the remains of walls and other remnants of the fortifications. The view of the sun setting over the Atlantic is particularly stunning. The nearby beach offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation.
