The Castello Svevo Aragonese is a castle located in Vieste, a coastal town in Italy's Apulia region. Built in the 13th century, this historic site is perched on a rocky outcrop in the middle of the city and is an iconic landmark in Vieste. Inside, visitors can explore its large courtyard, two main towers, and inner walls. A few steps away, a stairway leads to the small church of San Marco that is perched atop a rocky spur. There are also several nearby lookout points offering stunning views of the coastal town and surrounding coastlines.
