
The Castello d'Alessandro is a beautiful medieval castle, located in Pescolanciano, in the Italian region of Molise. The castle, which was built in the 13th century, is the ancestral home of the Alfonsini family, who still inhabit the castle today. The castle is surrounded by lush greenery and features cobbled streets, age-old walls, and lush gardens, making it an absolutely stunning sight. Inside, visitors can explore several different halls and multiple levels, as well as a variety of churches. The castle also hosts an annual cultural event which honors the family's roots.
