Cascata di Noasca & Cappella di Gera is a stunning set of cascading waterfalls and a beautiful chapel located in the municipality of Noasca, Italy. The Cascata, or waterfall, is made up of three levels dropping a total of 70 meters, with various small mini waterfalls and a large lake at the base. The lake is fed by an underground limestone spring and the waterfall spills over its edges into the valley below. The Cappella di Gera is an ancient chapel with beautiful frescoes, built in the 13th century and a must-see for any visitor. The area around the waterfalls is a popular spot for walking, hiking, cycling and picnics, with plenty of paths and trails for exploration and breathtaking views of the Dolomites.
