Casa Batlló, located on the famous Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona, is an iconic modernist building designed by Antoni Gaudí. It was built from 1904 to 1906, and is a popular tourist attraction. The building features an impressive array of Gaudí inspired artistic features, including an elaborately tiled facade with a mosaic of broken tiles and colored glass, as well as a rooftop adorned with colorful ceramic shapes, and a series of balconies with curved stained glass windows. Inside, visitors will find an intricately designed interior, featuring a central hall composed of a spiraling staircase and stained-glass skylights. The house also contains a museum dedicated to Gaudí and his works. Once you've stepped inside the building, escape the hustle and bustle of the city by taking a stroll around the tranquil gardens of the patio, or catch a glimpse of the Barcelona skyline from the rooftop terrace.
