📍 From St George Sailing Club, Australia
Captain Cook Bridge spans Oatley Bay and is a popular spot for picnickers and photographers. Built in 2005, the bridge is a convenient way to get to the waters off Sans Souci and provides access to local parks, the promenade and track that takes you to the marina. The main attraction of the bridge lies in its stunning views of the blue waters of the Sydney Harbour. The stunning sandstone and granite construction of the bridge make for a wonderful backdrop for a photo as well as blue skies, green grass and white seagulls. The views of St George's Basin and Kurnell from the bridge are spectacular and always worth a few snaps. For a great sunset view of the bridge and the waters of the Harbour, visit at dusk when the natural lighting will make for some amazing photos.
