Cape of Good Hope

The Cape of Good Hope is a spectacular national park located in Cape Town, South Africa. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the park offers stunning views of spectacular sea cliffs, beautiful sandy beaches, abundant wildlife, and fascinating historical ruins. The highest part of the park is at the very southern tip of Africa, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet, creating a wild and rugged landscape. From the viewpoint at the highest point of the park, visitors can spot a variety of seabirds and whales, or even see the sun setting over the majestic sea cliffs. There are plenty of trails to explore, as well as picnic and camping spots for a leisurely visit. Don’t miss the nearby Cape Point Lighthouse, the oldest of its kind in South Africa, and the well-preserved buildings of the old navalbase of Cape Town.
