Callejón de los Sapos (The Alley of Frogs) is a vibrant street located in Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Mexico. The narrow cobble stone lanes feature brightly painted, angled colonial-era buildings, flea market stands, trinket sellers and restaurants. It's is the perfect place to soak up the atmosphere of a typical Mexican city. The alley is framed by Ivan Turgenev Primary School and the Church of La Compañia de Jesus. Make sure to explore the Mercado de Santa Ana and Isaac Cavada Market! There are two art galleries - Galería 85, and Galerías del Arte. Besides the cafes and art galleries, wander the side streets and admire the colonial buildings, murals of historical figures, and colorful doors. The adjacent pedestrian Santa Ana Street is popular with locals and an ideal place to take a break and people-watch.
