Cala Carbó is a small, sheltered cove within the cluster of inlets at Cala de Sant Vicenç on Mallorca’s north coast. The bay is defined by low limestone cliffs and terraced rock that descend to a narrow strip of sand and pebbles, with pine-clad slopes above that lend a Mediterranean green contrast to clear, blue-green water. Visually notable are the intimate scale and the way the rock walls frame reflections and small boats, producing strong horizontal layers in compositions. Paths from the nearby resort lead down to the cove, and its compact size makes shoreline and elevated viewpoints useful for tightly composed shots that emphasize texture, geology and coastal geometry.
