Burgh-Haamstede's Building is a Dutch castle located in Burgh-Haamstede, Netherlands. The origins of the castle date back to the 13th century, when the castle was first built and was part of the defensive works of the former Lords of Burgh. The castle and its adjoining buildings have been carefully restored in recent times, and presently house the town hall of Burgh-Haamstede and the local library. Visitors can explore the castle grounds which are open all year round and provide wonderful moments of reflection and captivating views of the marshes. The courtyard is particularly charming and offers a perfect panorama of the town. Don't forget to wander the park surrounding the castle, with its picturesque ponds, pavilions and winding paths.
