📍 United States
Bridal Veil Falls is a stunning waterfall in Bridal Veil, Oregon, in the Columbia River Gorge area. The falls cascade down a majestic cliff face, dropping over 170 feet in two tiers, making them the tallest in the area. The falls are made of the Great Ice Age’s ancient basalt columns. There are numerous trails that provide access to unique viewpoints, perfect for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and picturesque backdrop. You can get a good view of the falls from a gazebo that is located at the top of the mountain, or take the famous Bridal Veil Falls Trail down to the base of the falls. The trail is an easy 1.5 miles out and back and is perfect for the whole family. You can also head over to the East Vista, a short trail that offers spectacular views up the gorge and out to the north. Photo opportunities abound with plenty of water and mountain views to capture.
