
The Brick Cathedral Vault of Basilica of St. Bridget, located in Gdańsk, Poland, is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. Its vaulted ceiling is held up by seven brick pillars, which support a ribbed roof held up with transverse arches. The main part of this impressive must-see is its unique 13th-century architecture, characterized by the pointed arches which were typical of this medieval era. Most of its limestone walls are adorned with beautiful paintings and sculptures, making it a truly mesmerizing sight. The main interior part includes a bell tower, located at the north end of the building. This spectacular, breathtaking building is not to be missed visitors to Gdańsk.
